Teatro de la Axerquía, Open-air theater in Córdoba, Spain.

The Teatro de la Axerquía stands on the hillside of Los Quemados, covering 20,000 square meters with designated areas for standing and seated spectators.

The construction started in September 1970 under Mayor Antonio Guzmán Reina, with architect José Rebollo leading the project until its completion in 1976.

The theater presents numerous performances throughout the year, from classical music concerts to contemporary dance shows and theatrical productions.

The venue accommodates 3,934 visitors, offering 1,500 standing spaces and 2,434 seats, with rental options available for commercial and subsidized events.

The facility underwent extensive renovations between 2004 and 2007, culminating in a reopening concert by guitarist Paco de Lucía.
