La Quinta, Neoclassical palace in El Pito, Cudillero, Spain
The palace features a main building surrounded by nine hectares of gardens divided into French, Italian, and English landscaping sections.
Brothers Ezequiel and Fortunato de Selgas constructed this architectural complex between 1880 and 1895, incorporating art collections and period furniture.
The interior rooms display different historical styles from Louis XIII to Louis XVI, containing paintings from masters and decorative pieces from various periods.
The Selgas-Fagalde Foundation manages the property since 1992 and offers guided tours through the palace and its gardens from spring to autumn.
Two monumental gates mark the entrance to the estate, with the main gate forming a triumphal arch leading to the French garden.
