Playa de La Vallina

Playa de La Vallina is a beach along the western Asturian coast featuring a mix of light-colored sand and pebbles of varying sizes. The shoreline stretches considerably and displays both sandy and pebbly sections for visitors to explore.

The beach area shows remnants of old water mills along the access path, revealing how the Asturian coastal communities historically used water resources. These structures testify to former agricultural activities in the region.

The beach is accessible only by a roughly 15-minute walk from Oviñana village, as there are no parking facilities at the site itself. Plan to leave your car in the village and allow time for the approach on foot.
