Tatabányai Multifunkcionális Sportcsarnok

The Tatabánya Sports Complex spans 19,500 square meters and features multiple sports facilities, including a main hall with 3,562 fixed seats and additional mobile stands.

The construction of this sports venue began in February 2020 with an initial budget of 19.2 billion Hungarian Forints and opened its doors in January 2022.

The sports hall serves as a central gathering point for regional athletics, hosting handball matches, fencing tournaments, and various sporting competitions throughout the year.

The facility includes a parking area for 500 vehicles, with entry points from Olimpikon Street and direct access to the main sports halls and training areas.

The complex contains a specialized fencing section with 20 individual pistes, making it one of the largest dedicated fencing facilities in Hungary.
