Tour Intact is a 27-story office tower located in Downtown Montreal at 2020 Robert-Bourassa Boulevard. It stands approximately 105 meters tall between De Maisonneuve Boulevard and President Kennedy Avenue.
The building was completed in 1974 and initially served as headquarters for Axa Canada. In 2011 Intact Financial Corporation took over the property and gave it its current name.
The building reflects the evolution of Montreal's financial district, housing major insurance companies and connecting directly to McGill Metro station.
The tower has 16 elevators serving the entire building for quick access to all floors. Its location directly above McGill Metro station connects you to Montreal's public transit network.
The structure maintains its position as a central business hub, currently owned by iA Financial Group and managed by Canderel corporation.
