Tour Intact, Skyscraper in Downtown Montreal, Canada
The 27-floor Tour Intact rises 105 meters into the Montreal skyline at 2020 Robert-Bourassa Boulevard, between De Maisonneuve Boulevard and President Kennedy Avenue.
The tower, completed in 1974, initially served as the headquarters for Axa Canada until Intact Financial Corporation acquired the building in 2011.
The building reflects the evolution of Montreal's financial district, housing major insurance companies and connecting directly to McGill Metro station.
Sixteen elevators service the entire building, while the location above McGill Metro station provides direct access to Montreal's public transportation network.
The structure maintains its position as a central business hub, currently owned by iA Financial Group and managed by Canderel corporation.
