Crystal Palace Amusement Park

Crystal Palace was a covered facility with around 15 rides and arcade games located next to a major shopping mall on Paul Street. The indoor space offered coaster rides like The Bullet along with swing rides and submarine simulators all under one roof.

The facility opened in 1990 and remained a popular recreation destination for over two decades in the Dieppe area. Its closure in 2014 marked the end of an era when the site was redeveloped for a new retail business.

The park served as a gathering place for families visiting on weekends and school holidays throughout the region. Its mix of rides and arcade games made it a popular choice for local celebrations and birthday parties.

The location sat right next to Champlain Place shopping mall, making it easy to combine a visit with shopping. Visitors should know it was an indoor facility, so weather was never a concern for enjoying the attractions.

Several of the most popular rides found new homes after the closure: The Bullet moved to a park on Prince Edward Island, while other attractions relocated to different venues. This gave multiple pieces of equipment a second life in new locations across the region.
