Moncton Stadium is a sports facility on the Université de Moncton campus featuring a FIFA-certified synthetic field and an international-standard 400-meter track. The venue has 8,300 permanent seats with the option to add temporary seating for larger events.

Construction began on April 22, 2009, and the $17 million venue was finished in July 2010 for the IAAF World Junior Championships. Funding came from Canada ($7.5M), New Brunswick ($6.5M), Moncton ($5M) and the Université de Moncton ($3.5M). In March 2019 it was renamed after a $1 million gift from Medavie Blue Cross.

The facility brings together athletes and spectators for track competitions, soccer matches, and Canadian Football League games throughout the year. These events shape the sports culture of the region and draw crowds from surrounding areas.

The stadium sits on the Université de Moncton campus, and its 400-metre track and FieldTurf surface are used for varsity soccer and athletics rather than as an open public facility. For Canadian football, a temporary strip of artificial turf is laid over the track to create the end zones. Access is tied to events and university use.

The venue can expand from 8,300 seats to 25,000 by adding temporary seating structures. This flexibility allows it to host both regular local events and major international competitions.
