The Harbourfront Landmark

The Harbourfront Landmark is a 70-story residential tower that rises 233 meters along the waterfront in Hung Hom. The structure holds more than 300 apartments behind a glass facade designed to frame views of Victoria Harbour and the surrounding skyline.

Built between 1998 and 2001, the tower marked when Hung Hom shifted from an industrial past toward becoming a residential neighborhood. Its completion represented the close of the district's manufacturing era and the start of modern urban growth.

The tower represents how Hong Kong residents adapted to living vertically, choosing height to maximize space and capture water views. The building shaped how people now experience this neighborhood, transforming what was once an industrial area into a residential community.
