Hung Hom Promenade

Hung Hom Promenade is a waterfront esplanade along Victoria Harbour with direct views of the water and Hong Kong Island's buildings across the way. The path has separate sections for pedestrians and cyclists to use the space comfortably.

This area was once an industrial port before land reclamation projects reshaped the waterfront. The transformation into a public recreation space took place over recent decades.

This waterfront draws students and local residents who come to walk, run, or spend time by the water throughout the day. The area has an academic character because several universities and colleges are located nearby.

The promenade is easy to reach from Hung Hom MTR station and well-connected by buses and ferry services. The open space is accessible at any time of day.

The promenade offers unexpected views of port activities and ferries passing by on the water. This maritime traffic is especially busy in the early morning hours.
