Kiu Kwan Mansion stands 95 meters tall with 27 floors, featuring two blocks that contain a total of 624 residential units.
Upon completion in July 1966, this structure became the tallest building in Greater China, surpassing the Park Hotel Shanghai's 32-year record.
The building houses the Wah Fung Chinese Goods Centre on its lower floors, which opened in 1963 as Hong Kong's largest department store.
The residential units in Kiu Kwan Mansion measure between 400 and 600 square feet, providing living spaces in the North Point district.
The site previously contained the Commercial Press Print-works, which operated as Hong Kong's largest printing facility from 1934 until the 1960s.
