Kiu Kwan Mansion

Kiu Kwan Mansion is a modern residential high-rise divided into two blocks containing a total of 624 units spread across 27 floors. The structure rises approximately 95 meters and features a distinctive form that shapes the appearance of the North Point skyline.

Upon completion in 1966, this structure became the tallest building in Greater China and broke a record that had stood for decades. The project marked a significant moment in Hong Kong's modern development and its growing skyline.

The building houses the Wah Fung Chinese Goods Centre on its lower floors, an important shopping destination for the local community. It continues to serve as a gathering place where residents and visitors shop and meet in the North Point area.
