City Garden, Private housing estate in Fortress Hill, Hong Kong

City Garden is a private housing estate at 233 Electric Road in Fortress Hill, Hong Kong, not North Point. It consists of 14 residential blocks, each 28 storeys tall, with Blocks 1–6 forming Phase 1 and Blocks 7–14 Phase 2. The estate provides 2,393 units for over 9,000 residents and includes a three-level basement car park, a central park, a residents' club and a shopping mall.

City Garden was built in two phases between 1983 and 1986 by Cheung Kong Holdings, on a site partly occupied by the North Point Power Station until 1983. Blocks 1–6 formed Phase 1 and Blocks 7–14 Phase 2. In December 1983 the Dada department store opened a three-level, 250,000 sq ft branch in the podium of Blocks 1–3, closing in March 1986.

The complex shows how Hong Kong residents live in high-density neighborhoods where thousands of people share the same streets and buildings. The towering blocks have become part of the local landscape, shaping how people move and interact with their urban surroundings.
