City Garden

City Garden is a residential complex in North Point comprising fourteen high-rise towers that stretch between 26 and 28 stories along Electric Road. The development houses approximately 2,400 apartments organized across multiple interconnected blocks.

The complex rose in two construction phases between 1982 and 1986, marking one of the earliest large-scale housing projects in North Point. This development significantly shaped the neighborhood's growth during that period.
