South China Hotel is a building at 67–75 Java Road in North Point, Hong Kong. It operated as a hotel until January 2020, when it closed; the building was then renovated and taken over by the Ascott group, which renamed it Ascott North Point Hong Kong. It is now a serviced residence under Yuexiu Property.

The hotel was founded in the mid-twentieth century and became an important accommodation for business travelers and tourists. Over the decades it maintained its position as an established hospitality business in Hong Kong.

The building at 67-75 Java Road housed the South China Hotel until its closure in January 2020. It was then renovated and taken over by the Ascott group, which renamed it Ascott North Point Hong Kong. The property is now operated under the Yuet Sheung (越秀) real estate brand, marking a shift from local hotel to serviced residence.
