The Kerry Centre comprises three skyscrapers with Tower 1 at 133 meters, Tower 2 at 260 meters, and Tower 3 at 198 meters tall.
Construction began in 1994 with Tower 1, while Towers 2 and 3 started in 2009, with final completion of the complex in 2013.
The center functions as a central hub where international businesses connect with local enterprises through offices, retail spaces, and meeting facilities.
The complex contains 86,000 square meters of retail space, 152,000 square meters of offices, and an underground parking facility for 1,340 vehicles.
The integrated complex incorporates the Jing An Shangri-La hotel and spans 450,000 square meters of total space in Shanghai's business district.
