Kurhaus, Cultural heritage monument in Bad Dürkheim, Germany.
The Kurhaus stands as a two-story classical building with triangular pediments and central projections, representing the Weinbrenner architectural style.
Built between 1822 and 1826 by architect Johann Bernhard Spatz, the Kurhaus replaced a baroque palace that burned down in 1794.
The building separates Castle Square from the Spa Park, functioning as a central venue for community gatherings and social events.
The facility houses multiple establishments including dining venues, function rooms, and the Bad Dürkheim casino since 1936.
On June 7, 1829, King Ludwig I of Bavaria and Queen Therese dined at the Kurhaus during their official visit to the city.
