The Omniturm is a mixed-use building standing at just under 190 meters with a distinctive twist in its middle section that creates outdoor terraces between the 14th and 23rd floors. The tower houses residential apartments, office spaces, and public areas within a single structure.
Construction began in 2016 and was completed in 2019, requiring specialized foundation techniques to anchor the building securely into the ground. These deep structural anchors were essential for supporting such a tall and complex structure.
