Omniturm

The Omniturm is a mixed-use building standing at just under 190 meters with a distinctive twist in its middle section that creates outdoor terraces between the 14th and 23rd floors. The tower houses residential apartments, office spaces, and public areas within a single structure.

Construction began in 2016 and was completed in 2019, requiring specialized foundation techniques to anchor the building securely into the ground. These deep structural anchors were essential for supporting such a tall and complex structure.

The name comes from the Latin word for "all things," reflecting how residents, office workers, and visitors share the same building daily. This mix of living and working spaces under one roof shapes how the tower functions as a small community.

The tower sits in the financial district and is easy to spot from multiple angles as you walk through the surrounding streets. Public areas are accessible, and you can observe the architectural details like the twisted form clearly from street level.

At the street intersection where this tower stands, four buildings over 100 meters tall rise at each corner, making Frankfurt one of the few European places with this unusual arrangement. This configuration of four tall structures meeting at a single point is rare to encounter.
