K26, Office tower at Kaiserstraße, Frankfurt, Germany
The K26 structure rises 75 meters into the Frankfurt skyline with a red granite facade and 20 floors of commercial space.
The building emerged in 2004 through the transformation of an existing 1980s office structure into a modern commercial tower in Frankfurt's financial district.
The ground floor integrates public areas spanning 300 square meters with entrances from both Kaiserstraße and the Neue Mainzer Straße arcade.
The building contains 11,496 square meters of rentable space, with floor areas ranging from 565 to 745 square meters for flexible office configurations.
The structure received a BREEAM certification following its 2021 modernization, which enhanced its energy systems and technical infrastructure.
