K26, Office tower at Kaiserstraße, Frankfurt, Germany
K26 is an office tower on Kaiserstraße with a distinctive red granite facade rising 75 meters above the street. It holds 20 floors of commercial space with flexible floor layouts and multiple ground-level entrances for easy access.
The building was created in 2004 through the renovation of an older 1980s office structure. This transformation adapted the existing framework to meet modern commercial demands in Frankfurt's financial hub.
The ground floor integrates public areas spanning 300 square meters with entrances from both Kaiserstraße and the Neue Mainzer Straße arcade.
You can enter easily from Kaiserstraße or from the neighboring shopping arcade. Inside, the space is arranged flexibly so it works for different types of office needs.
During a 2021 renovation, the building received new energy systems and technical upgrades. These improvements earned it a BREEAM certification and show how older structures can be brought to modern environmental standards.
