Torres de Santa Cruz, Twin residential towers in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain
Torres de Santa Cruz are two identical residential towers reaching 120 meters with 35 floors each. They contain apartments and shared spaces that serve the daily lives of residents in the city center.
Construction began in 2001 with the first tower completed in 2004 by Ferrovial, followed by the second tower finished in 2006 by Candesa. Both structures have shaped the modern skyline of Santa Cruz since their completion.
The twin towers sit alongside the Auditorio de Tenerife, creating a modern contrast with the city's waterfront. This pairing has become central to how locals and visitors perceive Santa Cruz's contemporary character.
The towers sit right on the waterfront, making them easy to find and a good starting point for exploring the city. From here you can easily reach other landmarks and attractions in Santa Cruz.
Until 2010 these buildings were Spain's tallest residential structures and remain the country's highest twin towers. Their striking paired design makes them an unforgettable part of the city's skyline.
