Öreg-kői No. 2. Pothole

Öreg-kői No. 2 Pothole is a vertical cave system located within the limestone formations of the Gerecse Mountains near Bajót. The formation features a network of deep shafts and narrow passages that extend through the rock.

The cave system formed over millions of years through water erosion of the local limestone bedrock. This geological process created the distinctive vertical shafts and passage networks that define it today.
