Era de is a modern tower with 20 floors above ground and one basement level in central Numazu. The structure combines retail shops in its lower sections with office spaces occupying the upper levels.

The building opened in 2008 and brought a new retail concept to the region. It quickly became an important shopping destination for the city and its surroundings.

Multiple fashion brands including Lacoste, Hush Puppies, and Polo Ralph Lauren occupy retail spaces throughout the vertical shopping center.
