The center was established to support gender equality initiatives throughout Osaka Prefecture, offering continuous educational programs from its inception. Over time it has become a key resource for addressing youth and equality concerns in the region.

The center hosts workshops and counseling sessions where visitors can engage with topics related to gender equality and youth issues. Community groups regularly use the spaces to discuss and address contemporary social concerns.

The facility is located roughly 350 meters east of Temmabashi Station and is accessible by multiple train lines. The center opens Tuesday through Saturday, and it is helpful to plan your visit in advance if you need specific study or meeting spaces.

The second floor features a cafe-library space that was specifically created for people aged 10 to 30, offering an informal setting where young visitors can study and spend time. This designated area reflects the center's focus on making resources accessible to younger users.
