Medical Museum, Kawasaki Medical School

The Modern Medical Education Museum displays medical instruments, models, and educational materials across multiple exhibition zones focusing on current medical practices and health education.

Founded in 1981 to commemorate the 10th anniversary of Kawasaki Medical School, the museum was established as Japan's first dedicated medical education facility.

The museum contributes to public health awareness by presenting medical information through interactive displays and educational programs for visitors of all backgrounds.

The museum opens Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 16:30 and Saturday from 9:00 to 12:00, with free admission for general visitors to the second floor.

Medical professionals can access specialized exhibits on the fourth floor, while general visitors explore comprehensive health education displays through endoscopy simulations and surgical equipment demonstrations.
