Dai-ichi Seimei Hall, High-rise building in Yurakucho, Tokyo, Japan.

The stone-faced structure rises ten stories above ground with distinctive square columns adorning its western facade and granite exterior walls.

After World War II, from 1945 to 1952, the building served as the General Headquarters for Allied Forces under General Douglas MacArthur.

The structure integrates Japanese architectural elements with international design principles, reflecting the modernization period of 1930s Tokyo.

Located one minute from Yurakucho Station and directly connected to Hibiya Station, the building maintains its original granite facade and structural elements.

The MacArthur Memorial Room within the building preserves the original office space where the Allied Forces commander made decisions about post-war Japan.
