金岡公園, Municipal park in Sakai, Japan.

The Kinaoka Park spans across an expansive area featuring athletic fields, tennis courts, swimming pools, and multiple jogging paths for outdoor activities.

Before its establishment as a park in 1959, the land served as a military base for the Imperial Japanese Army, housing cavalry and transport regiments.

The park received a special designation in 1986 to commemorate Emperor Hirohito's 60th year of reign, leading to new facility developments.

Visitors can reach the park within 10 minutes on foot from Shin-Kanaoka Station on the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line or use the Kanaoka Park bus stop.

The park functions as a designated emergency evacuation area for the region, combining recreational facilities with critical infrastructure planning.
