Kosei Catholic Kindergarten is a Catholic kindergarten in a modern building completed in 2021, designed with safe pathways for children. It accommodates around 245 children and offers extended care services until 6 PM.

The kindergarten opened in 1970 as Seta Catholic Kindergarten under Father Alfred Smith's direction. It was relocated and reopened in a new building in 2021.

The kindergarten implements educational activities in three domains: art, academic, and athletic, incorporating Japanese language, English, and mathematical learning.

The kindergarten is seven minutes on foot from JR Minami-Kusatsu Station, making it accessible by public transport. Keep in mind this is a private educational facility with set operating hours.

Students practice daily prayers for reflection time and participate in specialized programs including kanji education and counting exercises with hundred-bead abacus.
