Matsunaga Yasuzaemon Memorial Hall, Biographical museum in Iki, Japan
The Matsunaga Yasuzaemon Memorial Hall exhibits personal belongings, documents, and calligraphy works from Japan's influential figure in electric power development.
Established in July 1971 through collaboration between electric companies and local organizations, the museum stands on the childhood home site of Matsunaga Yasuzaemon.
The museum displays a notable framed work containing Matsunaga's saying written at age 93, emphasizing determination and personal responsibility.
Located 2 minutes from Indoji Port, the museum opens from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM with admission fees of 100 yen for adults and 50 yen for students.
The museum features an original train carriage from the Fukuhaku Denki Kidō Company, founded by Matsunaga in 1909.
