Taisei Corporation began construction in December 2002 and completed this residential project in June 2006. The tower was built as part of a broader urban redevelopment initiative in eastern Tokyo.
The building design by Kume Sekkei incorporates Japanese architectural principles while providing modern urban housing solutions for Tokyo residents.
