Arai Castle Ruins Park

Arai Castle Ruins Park is a park in Manazuru where visitors can see stone walls and foundations from the original castle structure. The grounds are surrounded by diverse trees and bamboo groves, giving the location its wooded character in Kanagawa Prefecture.

The castle belonged to samurai Arai Sanetsugu, who fought in the Gosannen War of 1083, a significant moment in Japanese military history. These conflicts shaped the region's political landscape and left traces visible in the ruins today.
