The park serves as an educational center where visitors participate in agricultural activities and learn about local farming techniques throughout the seasons.

The park is accessible via a 14.5-kilometer drive from Minakami Interchange on the Kanetsu Expressway, with special admission rates for Chiba City residents.

Following its transfer to Minakami Town, the park transformed into Chibamura Auto Campers Resort, maintaining its outdoor recreation focus.
