滄浪泉園, Traditional garden in Koganei, Japan.

The Sorosen Garden features ponds, stone paths, and carefully arranged plantings on the Musashino plateau, incorporating natural spring water features.

During the Meiji to Taisho periods, this garden belonged to the estate of Shogoro Hatano, a director of the Mitsui financial group.

The garden maintains traditional Japanese landscaping techniques, with water features and stone arrangements that reflect classical design principles.

Located 11 minutes by foot from Musashi-Koganei Station on the JR Chuo Line, the garden offers free admission to visitors throughout the year.

The garden utilizes the natural Kokubunji cliff line formation, creating a water system fed by multiple natural springs across the property.
