瀬戸市立にじの丘学園

Niji no Oka Gakuen integrates elementary and middle school education across two floors, with younger students on the first level and older ones above.

The school opened in April 2020 as part of Seto City's initiative to merge five elementary schools and two middle schools into one institution.

The building incorporates local ceramic traditions through its design elements and provides students with opportunities to create and exhibit pottery works.

The central library space opens to the public during weekends and holidays, offering both children's literature and general books to community members.

The facility uses locally sourced Aichi Prefecture timber and traditional plastering techniques with regional soil in its architectural design.
