Perzowa Góra Nature Reserve sits on a mountain ridge and consists of rock and sandstone formations that create various shapes like pulpits, thresholds, and blocks. The terrain is covered with typical forest and offers wide views of the surrounding landscape from its peak.

The area received protected status in 1995 to preserve its distinctive geological structures and sandstone formations. This decision recognized the importance of these rock features for maintaining the local ecosystem.

A small chapel sits inside the cave within the rock formation, drawing visitors who seek to understand the religious meaning this place holds for people in the region. The site shows how natural landscape and faith have intertwined here over time.

A marked red hiking trail runs through the reserve and connects the villages of Gołoszyce and Kuźniaki. The path is walkable on foot and offers different entry points and viewpoints.
