Musée ethnographique régional de Novokouznetski

The museum holds 60,000 artifacts spread across 15 collections in two buildings, showcasing regional history and cultural heritage of Kemerovo Oblast.

Established in 1913, the museum has evolved from a small local institution into a major cultural center that documents the development of Siberian communities.

The museum exhibits traditional costumes, household items, and artifacts that represent the daily life of various ethnic groups in the Kemerovo region.

Located at 24 Pionersky Avenue, the museum welcomes visitors Tuesday through Sunday from 11:00 to 19:00, with guided tours available from 1000 rubles.

The facility maintains an archive of 81,250 annual visitors and organizes up to 60 exhibitions each year to highlight different aspects of regional heritage.
