Statue of Vladimir Mayakovsky in Novokuznetsk

The 5-meter cast iron statue stands in the center of Mayakovsky Square, featuring the figure of the Russian poet Vladimir Mayakovsky in a characteristic pose.

The monument was inaugurated on November 1, 1967, following the design of architects Lev Leonidovitsj Oechobotov and Vladimir Pavlovich Litvyakov, with sculptor Boris Alekseevich Plenkin.
