The Khludov Sisters Revenue House is a seven-story building on Teatralny Proezd that blends Renaissance, Art Nouveau, and Baroque architectural elements. The facade features ornate detailing and distinctive design that shapes the appearance of the street.

The building was constructed in 1894 by architect Lev Kekushev for the daughters of the Khludov merchant family. A major renovation in 1934 added three additional floors to accommodate Soviet-era requirements.

The building once housed the Russian Technical Society and its Labor Support Museum before the revolution. Notable residents like actress Maria Andreeva lived here during this period of cultural activity.

The building sits near Lubyanka metro station in central Moscow and is easy to reach by public transport. It now serves as the Russian Ministry of Transport headquarters, so regular visitor access is not available.

A distinctive triangular bay window marks the corner of the structure where the street bends. The ornate balconies beneath the fourth-floor windows showcase the craftsmanship typical of the late 1800s.
