Orchard Towers, Commercial tower at Orchard Road, Singapore
Orchard Towers is a dual-tower complex with 18 floors along Orchard Road, connected by an overhead bridge at the upper levels. The lower floors house shops and restaurants, while the upper stories contain office spaces.
Golden Bay Reality commissioned the construction in the early 1970s. The complex was completed and opened in 1975.
The establishment transformed from a standard shopping center into a notable nightlife destination, particularly recognized for its evening entertainment venues.
A supermarket, restaurants, and specialty stores occupy the lower sections of the complex. A multi-story parking facility provides space for visitors arriving by car.
The building includes 58 freehold residential units in the upper section. These apartments make it one of the few mixed-use developments along Orchard Road combining homes with commerce.
