Ardmore Residence is a 36-story residential tower in Newton designed with a facade combining structural elements, bay windows, and balconies in a unified pattern. Units from the eighth floor upward feature double-height balconies and extensive glazing that connect interior spaces with the surrounding urban landscape.
The building was completed in 2013 by Dutch architect Ben van Berkel, who had previously collaborated with Zaha Hadid and Santiago Calatrava. Its design philosophy brought a fresh approach to residential high-rise development in a densely populated urban area.
