Terminal 21 is a shopping complex with 32 floors combining retail stores, restaurants, and entertainment venues under one roof. The interior spaces are designed in a modern style inspired by airport terminals.
The complex opened in October 2011, bringing a new retail concept to Bangkok. The airport-inspired design set a fresh direction for shopping centers in the city.
Each floor celebrates a different city through decor and design elements, from Tokyo's market stalls to London's iconic red phone booths. Walking through the levels feels like a journey across different destinations without leaving Bangkok.
