One Bangkok, Mixed-use development in Lumphini district, Thailand

One Bangkok is a large mixed-use complex with five office towers, three residential buildings, and five hotels that spread across Rama IV Road. The development combines shopping centers, workspaces, and living areas all in one integrated site.

Construction started in 2018 on the site of the former Suanlum Night Bazaar and the old boxing stadium that once stood there. This transformation replaced a well-known local landmark with a new urban development.

The shopping and dining spaces bring together residents and visitors in a central hub that has become part of daily life in this neighborhood.

The complex connects directly to Lumphini MRT station through an underground passage, making arrival and navigation simple. New access checkpoints also serve visitors arriving by car.

One of the towers in the complex stands out as Thailand's highest building, visible from many parts of the city. Its prominence makes the entire development a visible landmark across Bangkok.
