Varyap Meridian Grand Tower 1

Varyap Meridian Grand Tower 1 is a tall building in Ataşehir that combines residential units, a hotel, offices, and shops in a single structure with 54 floors. The tower mixes living and working spaces with hospitality and retail areas, creating a complete urban destination in one place.

The building was completed in 2012 and kicked off Ataşehir's transformation into Istanbul's new financial and business hub. This marked a turning point when the area began shifting from a quiet residential neighborhood into a thriving modern business center.
