Vestal

Vestal is a town in Broome County, New York, situated between the Susquehanna River and the border with Pennsylvania. The community spans this landscape with residential areas, parks, and local infrastructure serving its residents.

European settlement began in 1785, and the town was established in 1823 when it separated from Union. The area had previously been home to the Tuscarora people before colonial expansion.
