William H. Roberts House

The William H. Roberts House is a single-family residence built in Italianate style with Indiana pressed brick walls and Joliet stone decorative trim. The two-story structure features distinctive bay windows and an elaborately designed front porch.

The house was constructed in 1883 to serve as both residence and medical office for physician William H. Roberts. After his death in 1886, the building survived and eventually gained recognition as a property of historical importance.
