The Brandeis-Millard House features a Tudor Revival architectural design with a separate carriage house located at 3815 Dewey Avenue in Omaha, Nebraska.
Constructed in 1904 for Arthur and Zerlina Brandeis, the residence was later purchased by Senator Joseph H. Millard, who served as Omaha mayor and bank president.
The residence exemplifies early twentieth-century domestic architecture through its Jacobethan style elements and represents the social status of Nebraska business leaders.
Located at 500 South 38th Street in Omaha, the property received recognition on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980 and Omaha Landmark status in 1986.
The Brandeis-Millard House stands as the single documented architectural creation by Albert Kahn within Nebraska's borders, marking its exceptional status in the state.
