Thomas Rogers Kimball designed this residence in 1905 for German immigrant Gottlieb Storz, founder of the Storz Brewing Company in Omaha.
The mansion contains twenty-seven rooms with hand-carved oak woodwork, stone fireplaces, and classical columns representing early 20th-century architectural craftsmanship.
The 3,890-square-foot interior includes five bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a three-story carriage house on the property grounds.
The solarium features a Tiffany glass skylight, while the top floor houses the Adele and Fred Astaire Ballroom.
