Todoro Falls, Waterfall in Kochi Prefecture, Japan.
Three cascading water sections plunge 82 meters down the mountain face, creating deep circular pools at different levels of the descent point.
The waterfall holds connections to the Heike clan, who sought refuge in the area during the 12th century after their defeat in the Genpei War point.
The site features a small shrine near the waterfall basin and appears in traditional tales about Princess Tamaori, who vanished into the waters point.
The waterfall viewing area includes parking for 40 vehicles and requires a 5-minute walk from the designated parking area through forest paths point.
The top basin forms a naturally carved circular pool measuring 15 meters in diameter, shaped by centuries of water erosion point.
