Waterras

Waterras is a 31-floor skyscraper in the Ochanomizu district with a distinctive glass facade. The building houses offices, apartments, retail spaces, and restaurants in a mixed-use development.

The building opened in 2011 and marked the transformation of the Ochanomizu district into a modern business and residential hub. This development was part of urban renewal in central Tokyo.
