Makuhari Bay Park Cross Tower is a residential building in Makuhari with 37 floors housing 497 apartments and commercial spaces. The building rises to about 133 meters and serves as a mixed-use complex for both residents and shoppers.
The project began in November 2016 and was finished by the end of 2018. The first residents moved in from March 2019.
The tower brings together homes, shops, and childcare under one roof, reflecting how modern Japanese urban neighborhoods are organized. Residents find everyday services and gathering spaces that shape community life here.
The building is about 13 minutes on foot from JR Kaihin-Makuhari Station and offers 362 parking spaces and 1,006 bicycle parking spots for residents. Those using public transport can reach the area easily from the station.
