セントラルパークイースト幕張パークタワー, Residential tower in Makuhari, Japan
Central Park East Makuhari Park Tower is a 33-story residential tower with 226 apartments in the Makuhari district. The building offers a variety of unit sizes and layouts to accommodate different living needs.
The tower was completed in February 2003 as a joint project between Mitsui Real Estate and Kajima Corporation. Its construction marked a key phase in the development of Makuhari into a contemporary residential neighborhood.
The building integrates Japanese design elements through its communal spaces, including a traditional tatami room and a dedicated library for residents.
Kaihin-Makuhari Station is about an 8-minute walk from the tower and provides frequent train service to central Tokyo. The location makes it easy to reach other areas without needing a car for daily commuting.
The tower features a sky view lounge on the 31st floor where residents can observe panoramic views across Tokyo Bay and toward Chiba prefecture. This high-level amenity provides a rare perspective of the waterfront landscape from an urban residential setting.
