Central Park East Makuhari Park Tower is a 33-story residential tower with 226 apartments in the Makuhari district. The building offers a variety of unit sizes and layouts to accommodate different living needs.
The tower was completed in February 2003 as a joint project between Mitsui Real Estate and Kajima Corporation. Its construction marked a key phase in the development of Makuhari into a contemporary residential neighborhood.
The building integrates Japanese design elements through its communal spaces, including a traditional tatami room and a dedicated library for residents.
