Central Park West C Tower is a modern residential building in Mihama with 32 floors and 226 apartments in various floor plans. The structure features a straightforward concrete design that offers views across the district and its surrounding areas.

The building was developed in the early 2000s through a partnership between Mitsui Real Estate and Shimizu Corporation and completed in 2001. Upon its completion, it became an early representative of residential intensification in the growing Kaihin-Makuhari district.
