AND2 is a modern office building in Poznań that rises 116 meters across 26 floors and combines different uses. The structure includes office spaces, retail services, and a hotel with around 270 rooms for guests and business travelers.
Construction of AND2 started in August 2020 and the cornerstone ceremony took place in October 2022. The structure was completed structurally in September 2023 and will become Poznań's tallest building upon completion.
