The Silver Tower reaches 116 meters in height with 26 floors of office spaces, retail services, and a hotel with 271 rooms.
Construction of the Silver Tower began in August 2020, with a cornerstone ceremony taking place in October 2022 and structural completion in September 2023.
The building stands near Stary Browar and joins other structures like Poznań Financial Center and Andersia Business Centre in the commercial district.
Finnish technology company F-Secure has reserved the top three floors of the building, which offers a total of 39,000 square meters of usable space.
The structure, designed by Pracownia Architektoniczna Ewy i Stanisława Sipińskich, will become the tallest building in Poznań upon its completion in 2025.
