McKenny Hall, University building in Ypsilanti, United States.

McKenny Hall combines Art Deco and Collegiate Gothic architectural elements, featuring ornate stonework details and large windows across its exterior walls.

The construction of McKenny Hall began in 1930 during the Great Depression, with only $130,000 collected from the initial $350,000 pledged for its development.

The first student union on a teachers' college campus, McKenny Hall established new standards for student facilities in educational institutions across Michigan.

McKenny Hall currently houses essential university services, including human resources, academic advising, career services, and veteran support departments.

The building underwent transformation from a social hub with bowling alleys and bookstores to administrative offices while maintaining its architectural character.
